I’d never used caffeine separately to gels before it’s always been combined. I loved that these gave me control back, as to when I wanted to take the caffeine rather than when I had a gel. This meant I could spread out my consumption of gel and caffeine so it was more even over my run. I have tried all three flavours and like them all. I also like that they come in different milligrams so I can again be more in control of my consumption.
